NC Meg Ledge Dive (July 24-26)

$360.50
Sold Out

Description

This is a 3-tank megalodon tooth dive out leading out of Carolina Beach, NC. Please be sure to read all requirements, details, and cancellation policy before booking.

The dives are 25-40 miles off the Carolina coast in 85-110 ft. of water which means a 1-2 hour boat ride to get there. (Take your seasick meds!)

An email will be sent with the specific details about the boat and dive-day procedures closer to the departure date, or feel free to reach out with any questions via email (blairkmorrow@gmail.com). Tanks are not included.

For some trips, shared accommodations can be arranged at an additional expense. Reach out to inquire about this add-on.

Disclaimer: This is a recreational dive and fossil-hunting experience. Though the chance of finding your own Megalodon tooth is high, no teeth or other fossils are guaranteed. These are not guided dives.

  • Advanced Open Water Certification

  • Nitrox Certification

  • DAN (Divers Alert Network) Insurance

  • Full Set of Dive Gear

Weather

These trips are extremely weather-dependent, and unfortunately many end up being canceled due to conditions. Weather forecasts can change quickly and are often only reliable a day or two before the trip, sometimes even less.

Please understand that the captain has the final decision on whether a trip will run. Because conditions can change at the last minute, that decision may not be made until shortly before departure. We know schedule changes can be frustrating, but we appreciate your flexibility and patience, as offshore conditions don’t always cooperate with our plans.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be reopened to other divers to book; if the spot is not filled and the boat runs, the original booking party remains responsible for the full trip cost.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend to give us the best chance to fill the spot.

All trips, dive sites, and weather-related decisions are at the sole discretion of the captain. If the captain cancels the trip for weather or other circumstances before the boat departs from the dock, a full refund will be offered.

Passengers unable to dive for any reason—including seasickness or equipment failure—remain responsible for the full cost of the trip. The captain and crew reserve the right to deny water entry for safety or unsafe diving practices without refund.
